My Role

As a UX designer on Best Buy's Multi-Channel Order (MCO) fulfillment teams, I created UX solutions and deliverables for enterprise and consumer digital products in a fast-paced, Agile work environment. My work has improved applications in the areas of order management, order history, order pickup, backroom, and others.

On a day-to-day basis, I worked closely with product owners and engineers to ensure that every design solution met both end-user and business needs and was easy to use. I also regularly collaborated with UX researchers, writers, and other designers to understand the end-users and create better experiences.

Some skills and methods I’ve used include:

  • Wireframing with Sketch and Figma

  • Prototyping with Figma, InVision, and Axure RP

  • Stakeholder interviews

  • Information architecture

  • Design reviews with stakeholders and internal UX team

  • Heuristic evaluation

  • Competitive audit

  • User journey mapping

  • Affinity diagramming

  • Co-facilitating stakeholder workshops

***Due to the sensitive and confident nature of my projects, I’m unable to showcase them here. However, feel free to ask me about my design process and experiences!
